Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson talk working together again (video)

On November 2, 2012, Meriah Doty of Yahoo Movies asked Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson one of the best questions I think a reporter could ask, "Would you ever work with each other in a movie again?"

After working together for four years on the "Twilight Saga" and establishing a romantic relationship that has led the couple to move in together, raise dogs, separate then reunite, the question is an excellent one.

Both Stewart and Pattinson emphatically answered they would work together again, and almost sounded excited about the possibility.

Hollywood has paired numerous couples that have become fan favorites and the decision often proves to be a lucrative one.

Doris Day and Rock Hudson were extremely close friends (though not romantically linked as Hudson was gay) who acted in multiple films together.

I've always thought of Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan as a modern couple similar to Doris Day and Rock Hudson. Some of the couple's most popular movies included "You've Got Mail" and "Sleepless in Seattle."

As Hollywood enjoys pairing couples that exude romantic chemistry on screen, I think it would be an extremely wise decision to cast Stewart and Pattinson in another film.

Pattinson has demonstrated his producing skills with "Remember Me" and Stewart is making a name for herself as one of the highest paid and in demand actresses landing roles such as "The Runaways" (where she earned critical acclaim for her Joan Jett transformation and the soon-to-be released "On The Road."

What do you think of more films starring Pattinson and Stewart? Would you be open to seeing them in a rom-com, even if they portrayed a regular couple in love instead of the gorgeously, glittering undead?

Check out the interview below!
